This image was taken down and resubmitted to my gallery to place my signature.
Heceta Head Lighthouse, constructed in 1894, is located off of highway 101, 11 miles north of Florence, Oregon. The tower of the lighthouse, rises 205 feet above the sea and it's beam can be seen about 21 miles out to sea. A keeper's house, restored to it's original Queen Anne style, has been converted to a bed and breakfast.
Origional image photographed off of highway 101 outside of Florence, Oregon. Image taken with a Canon 7D and an EF 70-300mm DO telephoto lens at 300mm, 1/1250s, F 5.6, ISO 1250.
Two textures by Painted Textures applied by using layers in Photoshop CS6. Image processed in Vivezia from Nik Software by Google. Photoshop's Oil Painting filter used in the final processing of the image.

I paint with acrylics and take on going classes in both painting, photography and photoshop I have been photographing images since I was 14 and my only camera was a brownie starmite. I love what the digital age has done for photography, no film and no developing except with my own software and that part of the process, I like immensely. I especially like to photograph all aspects of nature, landscapes and animals, macro to wide angle and my current cameras are a Sony a7ll and a7lll.
